The Limelight in Belfast, Northern Ireland is mid-sized live music and night club venue complex, which initially opened in 1984. The complex on the city’s Ormeau Avenue now encompasses The Limelight & Limelight 2 venues, as well as a public bar called Katy’s Bar (formerly known as Katy Dalys).

The Limelight has strong associations with new bands, homegrown talent, and indie/rock/metal club nights.

Want your venue listed or details changed? If so, please get in touch.

  1. Good venues…seen loads of great bands in there since about 1991 …but the £3.90 pints of larger and stout (19 Sept Limelight 1) leave a lot to be desired.

  2. Hot damn, loikong pretty useful buddy.
