What an album! Supposed to be working on some new material, hopefully more in the scope of the early stuff than Out for Blood, which was so, so bad

out for blood is like a scab, you keep picking at it just to check if it really is that bad, smackdown is the moment you realise you've gone too far and might need hospitalisation.

Living Colour - Vivid

Getting back into this in a big way. I've never not been into it but I'm especially enjoying it at the moment for some reason.

I flicked past this looking for a record just last night and found myself wondering how I even had it. Must stick it on some time and give it another go. Was never really much of a fan from what I remember.

They're a band I've always enjoyed - two amazing bass players over the years and Reid is an unreal guitarist but there are great songs in there too. Stain usually gets the most regular listens but Vivid is really hitting the spot right now.
