Slayer - Ulster Hall 1988
Quicksand - Conor Hall 1991
Gorilla Biscuits - Conor Hall 1992
Brutal Truth + Macabre - The Rosetta 1994
Neurosis + Voivod + Today is the Day - The Limelight 1999
Poison Idea + The Dagda - Giros 2001
Butthole Surfers - Vicar Street 2008 (it was either this or Ministry's "last ever gig" around the same time. I genuinely regret missing this).

Obviously age plays a factor in this, but those are ones that would have been game changers for me.

Khanate in Whelans I think it was.
Behemoth in Nancy Spains.
Ministry in the tripod that I missed due to passing out in a park.
Any Scald gig, my favourite Irish band, never seen em.

The only one which springs to mind is Obituary in McGonagles in 91. There was gear in the venue, there was an audience, there just wasn't a band - always sickened by that one, I fucking loved and still love Cause of Death and never got a chance to see James Murphy play again.

Pantera supporting Megadeth in 92.
Metallica 92.
Meshuggah supporting Machine Head sometime 94 to 96. That one is in retrospect because I wasn't listening to Meshuggah at that point.

Sentenced-Club Teatria, Oulu 1 October 2005. Was in New Zealand at the time and the wages I was earning wouldn't quite cover the return flight. Even then it was sold out months in advance. Having both Ville and Taneli sharing the stage made it all the more special.

It was Katatonia and Voice of Destruction. November 1996. Incredible day. Went straight from lectures to Charlie's to hang out while everything was being set up.

Behemoth played Nancys in 05,Decapitated played The Cruiscin in 05 as well,I think it was with Gorerotted.

One I always regret missing was Ministry in 03 in Temple Bar music centre, the gig in the tripod was good, but by all accounts it wasn't a patch on the 03 gig.

No idea, to be honest. Word on the night was that something delayed them at customs, I never actually heard what really happened.
