Just started reading this last night. It's a really good read, delving into Karl Walterbach's history with radical left wing cells in Berlin, his history with the German punk scene among other tales. Martin Ain is interviewed as well.

Very interesting chapter on Cold Lake. I'd no idea Fisher wrote so little of it. I'd always assumed he just wanted to make money and wrote the songs in the hope of becoming the Swiss Motley Crue.
