Quite remarkable, considering Sinn Fein are eyeing up a coalition, that the man who authorised the arrest of Gerry Adams and the raiding of the Boston College tapes is now in charge of the Garda. Can't wait to see how Mary Lou will react.

I expect the Shinners will have to grin and bear it, especially if they want to be in power. But how embarrassing would it be for the investigations of Tom Oliver, Brian Stack among others lead directly to the door of Sinn Fein's "former" leader?
