Very little mention of this around the place and only saw it off the cuff yesterday.

Pretty cool, checked out his solo stuff and sounds good.
No doubt some classic Misfits will be played or does he do that?

Checked his setlist and it doesn't like he plays any Misfits tunes

Wow, didn't want to check the setlist as i'd spoil it but just checked and yup, no Misfits tunes.

Fair play to him in a way, he wants to give his own stuff a go and step out of the shadow.

Really digging his songs, total sabbath worship, mixed with american psycho misfits era sound. Production is killer!

Will definitely be going, regardless of the lack of Misfits tunes. Want to see Doyles downstrokes in person

Just got a ticket to this, having not been to the Bowery what would be the easiest procedure to venture there say from O Connell street?

Walk over to Dame St. and get the number 15 heading to Rathmines - the stop is across the road from The Foggy Dew - I think.

Alternatively - if you feel like a stroll it's a dead straight line from George's St. up through Camden Street onto Richmond St. over the Portobello Bridge and onto the Rathmines Road.

Caveat emptor; I'm from Cork - I've been to Dublin for a lot of gigs but you might want to check this info with a local.

The 140 leaves from the Spire on O'Connell street, take it and get off at the Rathmines town centre. The Bowery is next to the MART gallery and opposite the Library, you can't miss it.

Alternatively yeah, if it's a nice evening out you could just walk straight down Georges Street, Camden Street over the canal and then onto Rathmines road.

I was tempted to go this because I figured he would play a few tunes off of Walk Among Us but his solo stuff is just cheesy shite.

I’ll take if off you if my bus fare is inclusive (@ €3.30 each way) with three complimentary pints (@ €5.50 each) included in the ticket price so you actually owe me €3.10. Have we got ourselves a deal?
