I was just as surprised as you to find that they were still available!

I was lucky enough to get tickets to 2014 by the skin of my teeth. That involved getting up super early with fingers ready on the mouse.

So being able to get Wacken tickets in January is just fucking weird. Looking forward to going nonetheless!

You fucking kidding me?

Certain he wouldn't have been so acerbic had they all been wearing black t-shirts with "boomtown rats" on them.

He'd have been delighted!

Have some beverages in the Nightlight in Hamburg prior to going :D

Expect mud, bring suitable footwear and poncho

Town is just outside grounds, beer prices aren't too shabby in festival market but best get the spirits in town, the infield food/beer is pricey but obvs convenient if a stretch of bands ya wanna see. Loads of choice/ reasonable food in town merchants basically rock into peoples backyards to trade, kebab shop in town is top drawer!

If ya can't be arsed hauling tent(s) rent a pre-pitched one from Zeltheld they should be pitched at a prime location too.

Well this advice could have been ignored

Class time had still recovering, was some dusty festival nearly want ya want a bit of rain as is the usual. Next year's addition already sold out I managed to grab one...porridge for breakfast, dinner and tea for the next few weeks.
