Right i'm having a really terrible day and i'd like to know what the rest of you do in this situation .
I'm thinking of leaving work early buying a bag of cans and heading home to unbrain however at this stage of the week it could be considered ungentlemanly .
So what do you's lot do when yisser heads are melted ? |

It's always like this at the start of the week, I've thought about walking out of work a few times, after I smash the desk and computer up a bit though. I know i'd regret it by the time the weekend comes, or when I run out of money.
During the weekend you feel a million miles away from work and the shit feeling. Id just stick it out  |

| a million sneaky fag breaks,constant coffee,sighing loudly when people ask you to do things, acting the martyr,coming on here and more sighing and glaring at the co-workers involved in making the mood what it is.THEN have some person crisis/phone call that means you simply have to leave right away,and the purchase of cans etc for cheering.or the day that's in go,go binge comfort eat on pancakes! |

Amen to that. I prefer not to deal with anyone when brain melt has occurred as my normal sunny disposition gets somewhat obscured by bouts of rage, fury & persistent cunt-ness. |

| you can't beat cranking up the stereo in the car on the way home. at the moment it's The Faceless' Planetary Duality rattling the speakers. I get some odd looks leaving a residential childcare unit listening to death metal but it really helps to de-stress. |
