Another question: Are any of the cheap gamepads worth buying, or is it best to stick with the official xbox ones? I need a second, but €50 is a fair bit of money.

You don't happen to be anywhere near Cork, do you? I've got 4 official wireless controllers but never use more than two, so I'd be willing to sell one or two of them for €25.

I'm in Dublin unfortunately. I'd be happy to take one off your hands for €25 if we could work out a way to do it though.

Have you not got it sorted yet??

I'm on my sixth 360. Sold my fifth (and my friend says it's still going strong), but the previous four all crapped out on me. Each one for a different reason.

Cool man. If I know anyone heading up to Dublin for a gig or summat soon I'll let you know.

What pisses me off is that I'm on my second xbox, my ps3 hdmi port is fucked yet if I was to take my mega drive from out of its dusty mess it currently sits in I know it would work without fault!

Anyone play Trials HD yet? Addicting and frustrating as fuck ha.

Also been using my Kinect lately, tis good fun. Will be excellent when more games come out for it....they are making a stell batallion for it so that should be sweet!

Also game recommendations ... Fable 2 and 3, Borderlands, Fallout 3. All will take you a while to complete but they are very good.

Kinect is killing me slowly. Did 2 boxing matches in a row and me arms nearly fell off.

Looking forward to this though

That looks cool alright, think they are doing that with the new metal gear too. Could be wrong on that one though.

The game isn't out until Q4 next year so I doubt it's that close to finished yet. Prob just got the guy to choreograph the moves to give an idea of how they expect it to work...still can't wait though Twisted Evil

Picked up Vanquish in Gamestop. 18euro new in the sale. Its a pretty cool no brainer. Like Lost Planet and Gears of War combined. Well worth 18 quid. Check it out all you shooter fans.

Picked up the GOTY edition of Fallout 3 over Xmas with a view to making a dint at it again w/the extra content. Such an utterly engrossing game. Definitely my favourite for the 360.

Playing this myself at the moment for the first time. Should have known it was going to be a winner coming from Bethesda and using the same engine as Oblivion. Compelling stuff, and serious value for money for game hours. Excellent storyline too.

The amount of hours I wasted on Fallout 3 is unreal! Haven't even tackled the add ons yet for fear I'll be sucked in all over again-same goes for New Vegas. Trying to find a few spare moments lately to get stuck into Bioshock again.
