| we can now record the last 20 mins of a practice session, we put six mics in the room, one on each guitar amp, one on the bass amp, one in the bass drum and 2 overhead mics, one above the drum kit and the other in the center of the room, we get a very high quality "live demo" sound. for €15 on top of the session price. |

we will be opening a small music shop in the studio selling strings and sticks and that kind of thing, anyone got any ideas what else we should sell?
the shop will be open until 11 at night so if any one is doing a gig in town and needs emergancy strings, leads, plecs or sticks, we are only 10 mins from town.
... also will have a snack bar. |

Its a grand price and location is perfect for me but lack of cabs is a deal breaker, any chance of getting some? surely its a far better investment than a foosball table (honestly who gives a shit about this when choosing a space) or snack bar. Any guitarist with their own head is gonna want to rehearse with it rather than making do with some combo (lugging your own cab to practice each week being a major headache).
not having a go at ya though, place looks good and most of my band lives in the area and we've been searching for a more convienient space for a while, just needs cabs is all. |

guitar cabs are a thing we are looking at getting in, but right now we are focusing on getting the 3rd room and shop up and running, (have to pay the bills)
the foosball table wasnt really an investment that took money away from me getting cabs, i owned it for a while before i had the studio. |
