| The lad I train with us a multiple black belt in various disciplines and I know his grappling is unbelievable. He trains bodybuilding style training with just a few less reps overall. Works wonders for him! |

If you're getting aches from deadlifting 60kg you've probably got really shitty technique or really weak quads. The quads help with the initial knee flexion.
Do ab rollouts, cable crunches and russian twists to help your core. Back raises / hyper-extensions should defo help in grappling. |

Na wasn't talking about aches from lifting their more from when I had trouble with my knees when I was younger that I do be worried to push them, ever since I've built up my legs they've become stronger but I dont trust them.
The smaller weight suits as I'm not looking too much for size at the minute. |

Branch deserved the win. Dennis Wolf looked huge, but defo wasn't gonna win. He needs to up his conditioning.
Evan Centopani will dominate it next year I reckon.
The strongman event was unreal. Savickas was easily the strongest there by a mile. Watch the frame carry and just look at how easy he picks the thing up. Shame he didn't finish the carry and the giant DB was an awful shame for him. I think he injured his elbow or something. |

Any of you boys ever tried foam rolling for tight muscles, I bought one a couple of weeks ago and have been doing it when I feel particularly tight after football training or matches, feels great and really seems to loosen me up. Could really see the benifits of doing it every day if I could be arsed!
Anyways, I'd reccomend it to those who are struggling with tightness. |

| I don't think wolf was that off!! Especially since branch was by Kong means spot on. I'm more amazed that branch's wad didn't look fucked after his tear! I don't think centopani will ever be a major force. He will be a regular top 6/ 10 but I don't see him dominating the field. He himself said he would not compromise his health to win. You need to to that at that level to win! |

| Centopani had better overall aesthetics to wolf and warren , just a better balance and flow to his Physique. Warren holds a lot of mass and his conditioning was good no question but nowhere near as tidy and symmetrical pleasing as Centopani .His quad imbalance was pretty evident ,plenty of size but nothing aesthetically pleasing to look at.Wolf has better shape but serious weakness like lower back and calves but warren was gifted that win centopani and wolf should have been in before warren . |

Well branch has always been just a mass of muscle. Nothing aesthetic about him but he us still awesome in my books. I can't get over wolfs calves.....fucking pathetic. But that has to be down to genetics.
That's what's I like about bodybuilding..... Its subjective. Why I might feel kai has an amazing physique I know many detest the sheer size of him and prefer people like dexter. Nonetheless, if heath or kai had entered that and came in on the money they would have wiped the floor with everyone else |

Wasn't it Kai's second year at the Olympia this year? And he came 3rd? Chap is a monster. Watching his training vids, he defo puts the thought and energy into his training and gets the results.
Found this pic of Branch with Brian Shaw. Brian makes him look like a dwarf |

That's a great picture.......Costensibly when I met branch he was short but he made me look like a 10 year old girl!ha.
Yeah he came third. Cutler didn't deserve second at all but the ifbb were never going to let him come anywhere other than 2nd. Kai is my favourite active bodybuilder. You should watch the overkill and then redemption. Great series |

| I've seen both and they're absolutely insane! A lot of respect for him due to his ideas and training methods. He really does put the effort in. |
