| Hawkwind have been confirmed to play two Irish dates, Monday May 28th at The Pavilion, Cork and Tuesday May 29th at the Button Factory in Dublin. This is in support of the release of their new album Onward. Tickets are currently on sale through Ticketmaster.ie. Support for both dates is Dublin based progressive instrumental rock band Pure Grief For Stars. Hawkwind will be bringing their full tour production for both shows. |

| Excellent. I've been listening to a serious amount of Hawkwind this last month and was hoping i'd catch them live sooner rather than later. |

saw them in Manchester a few years ago and they were amazing!
Great live show. Such a mix in the crowd too, ravers with glowsticks and oldies rockin' out in unison! |

The Irish band that used to be Primed (anyone else remember them?) are playing with them.
Primed were a band here weren't they ? about 8 years ago maybe? |

| Supported Green Carnation twice, and I think they put on their last gig here. No real memory of them at all though. |

You know it says who the support is in the first post. I quite enjoyed the tune on youtube but it could seriously do with some shouty vocals over it.. |
