Apparently not actually one of the Nidrosian bands (ie Fossbrenna/Terratur Possesions bands) per se, these lads sound utterly abominable. This is the thickest, burliest black metal I have heard in a long time. Utterly devastating stuff. Somewhere between DSO and Morbid Angel? Dunno, but they are unreal. Investigate!

| Listened to this three times in a row and it's fairly fucking average in fairness. Some OK bits but overall it's pretty dull. |

| Really? It blew my head off on the first spin and sounds just as good a spin or two on. Clearly your ears are gay. |

| Actually, it's not far in sound from Chao but that demo didn't really excite me too much for some reason. I prefer this. |

| I am very happy for my ears to be gay in this case. |

Sounds good alright and that Chao EP is a stormer.
While on the topic of gay ears, I direct you towards this. I imagine you know what that is without clicking it Andy. |

| Quite liking this, but it doesn't approach that Chao EP, at all. |

I wouldn't call this black metal at all, except maybe lyrically. It's fairly standard Death Metal to me really, buried in demo production. I hear huge chunks of swedish death in the sound, and there's some nice tremolo, but nothing particularly black metal there - in fact, some parts sound positively "rock"-ish.
I don't know, this could be a band that ends up producing something that really grabs me later, but right now it's now it's not quite there. |

| Ya, didn't really hear anything particularly black metal about it and couldn't hear Morbid Angel either. The d-beats def give it that Swedish feel alright. |
