So, to confirm. WARPATH won both the Audience and Judges vote and are going to Wacken 2012.
Thanks to everyone who came out last night. Huge crowd and great atmosphere. Well done to H for being the headline act...
Thanks to everyone who has helped make this a big success this year. The staff at The Pint (and other venues), Rats on sound, James in Belfast and the Bad Rep guys in Limerick, all the judges over the course of the competition, Karl and Nadine on the ticket desk last night, all of the people who attended the shows and most importantly THE BANDS! Last night again proved that we have some amazing talent at the moment in Ireland. Hopefully the likes of this competition can help get some of it out to a wider audience. Cheers! |
