Decent gig which would have been so much better for both band and punters alike if had been able to been played in S&A(pity about the renovations) or even moved to the Mandela Hall.
I just hope that this isnt the last time he will play here as the venue ruined the experience IMO.
Nail on the head. We were up at the raised Bar area on the left & the heat was unbearable so I can only imagine what it was like on stage. I was spaeking to someone after who said there was less than 100 at LOG in The Mandela. Why these weren't switched is beyond me. |

| Would the S&A have been any better.....its shit as well when its packed....does it hold much more people than the Limelight?.I thought they would hold roughly the same....Mandela would have been just right. |

Yeah. I think Mandela was more or less sold out. |

Lamb Of God was indeed sold out in queens, and a pretty amazing show.
Sebastian Bach did not cut his set short, and he very much enjoyed the show. The venue was packed for sure, but it was a sellout show.
We'll be making some infrastructure changes to Limelight over the next few months to improve the gig experience though, so we're taking all concerns into account.
If anyone wants to contact me directly i'm on joe@limelightbelfast.com |

Air con and cut the full capacity down (i'll pay a bit extra for a ticket ).....seriously though it would be a disaster trying to clear that place in an emergency. |

Had the absolute time of my life last night. Was at the barrier. The best gig I've ever been to, and that's saying something!
Met Sebastian outside too, and got him to say a line from Trailer Park Boys!
I thought the heat was ridiculous though, at the very least they should have opened the fire doors beside the stage. |

| Heat or no heat you just cant open the doors either side of the LL stage as there are apts less than 100yds away from the back exit, you'd have the council on you for noise complaints. |

On Stormzone's FB page says they arrived for tonight's London gig only to be told to clear off home! Supposedly at the behest of the man himself.
Bach's a cunt if thats true. |

| Apparently there was a fight between Stormzone's guitarist and Seb's sound man in Glasgow. |
