Not sure if linked all ready: video of the gig, starts with the guy jumping off stage with bouncer pushing him and randy pushing along as he goes off really fast.
You then see him trying to get up on stage shortly after fallin around the place and the bouncer warning him to calm down. Guy looks wasted.

So theres video footage of the eejit bleeding from the head in the two incidents before he got thrown of the stage by Randy and the security guard, both incidents did not involve Randy and yet somehow the Czechs are saying he caused the injuries which where already there?

Hasn't it already been stated the guy wasn't on drink or drugs? If that's after the alleged fatal incident and impact then it's quite possible a sizeable concussion would explain him appearing to be wasted.

It's tragic the guy died, but at 19 years old he was an adult, not a kid, and well able to make his mind up about whether to do something stupid or not. People have always been fucked off the stage over the last 24 years I've been going to gigs and I'd imagine long before that too. It's no secret, if you don't want to be fucked off the stage, don't get on to the stage. If you decide to leave the ground to stage dive or crowd surf, there's no guarantee of a safe landing, surely everybody can figure this out. This guy could've dived into the crowd and caught someone on the head with his knee and given them a brain injury. Loads of what if's.

What are the options? Should every ticket include an extra fee for more security guards to safely direct people through the backstage area so they don't jump off the stage? Or should adults be expected to show a bit of cop on?

Surely it is also worth considering that if the victim in question had concussion then head banging may have led to his death by aggravating brain trauma?

He was giving it an aul lash in the video just after he had fallen over the barrier head first.

Absolutley. I don't see how they can prove that the actions of Blythe directly lead to the impact which caused the injury he died from. This was his third time flying off the stage? Maybe he hurt himself from one of them. Either way, he must be hald responsible for his actions, he was willingly firing himself off the stage prior to getting a little help.

They don't really change anything, they don't prove he was responsible for an impact which caused the brain injury.

What's with the Lamb Of God hate? Seems like a really odd choice of band for people to get all arsey about.
I fucking love them personally.

I'd just like to point out that I am in no way associated with this 'other' Wayne and his opinions.
