Hullo folks,
My band Bloodthread (www.facebook.com/bloodthread) and our mates in Exile the Traitor (winners of the Bloodstock Metal 2 the Masses comp www.facebook.com/ExileTheTraitor) are trying to organise a wee jaunt around Ireland next year - probably around February time.
I spent three years in Galway and our guitarist Peter is a Mayo man himself, so there is a wee bit of a head start. We are currently looking at the following venues:
An Cruiscin Lan - Cork
McCullagh's - Sligo
The Blind Pig - Limerick
The Piper Inn - Clonmel
Richardsons - Galway
Sally Longs - Galway
Plus gigs in Dublin and Belfast.
I'm really looking to see if there are any suggestions for other venues, pointers on any promoters/bands we should get in touch with and generally any other words of advice.
So, please have a gander at our pages and tunes and give us a shout about the best way forward.
