Not normally the kind of festival link to be posting on Metal Ireland but the reason for it is quite simple! Both Wizards Of Firetop Mountain and Brains will play at this year's festival, which is a great step forward for both bands in bringing their unique and eclectic styles of rock to a bigger audience.

| Iv'e heard nothing but good things about this festival,it's only a half an hour from where I live aswell so I might give it a look this year.Fair play for giving Brains and W.O.F.T.M a slot aswel. |

only 20 mins from my house. went last 2 years and had great craic, mostly in the campsite but theres also a bar tent in the gig area. at least this year ill actually have bands to go see fair play lads.... |

Axis Of at 4.15pm
Darkest Era at 5.15pm
Wizards Of Firetop Mountain at 6.15pm
Brains at 7.15pm
all back to back on the "Red Bull Bedroom Jam" stage....

| Was a fun weekend despite the mud (and falling in it). Shit weather really fucks the whole festival experience and that mud was just dire. Had a great skit with the Wizards and Brains. Plenty of shite talk and boozing. Next year Indiependence is aiming to expand the rock and metal participation, which is a good thing. |

| the mud was crazy all right, was only there the sunday though so wasnt too bad. great stuff to hear they expanding the metal bands next year. twas great craic |
