Not normally the kind of festival link to be posting on Metal Ireland but the reason for it is quite simple! Both Wizards Of Firetop Mountain and Brains will play at this year's festival, which is a great step forward for both bands in bringing their unique and eclectic styles of rock to a bigger audience.

Was a fun weekend despite the mud (and falling in it). Shit weather really fucks the whole festival experience and that mud was just dire. Had a great skit with the Wizards and Brains. Plenty of shite talk and boozing. Next year Indiependence is aiming to expand the rock and metal participation, which is a good thing.
