Just like it says on the tin.
I have a near-mint condition (1 small dent on longer horn that hasn’t gone through the wood) 1997, i.e. Pre-Fender, Jackson RR3 for trade. The guitar was made in Japan and is an absolutely fantastic example of Jackson craftsmanship. These retail at between 500 and 600 online for the new ones, which are generally considered to not be up to par with the older models, i.e. ones like this one.
Construction: Bolt-on
Body: Alder
Neck: Natural Satin finish Hard Maple with rosewood fretboard.
Pickups: Seymour Duncan Jazz (n) and Seymour Duncan JB (b)
Controls: 3-way toggle, 2 volume, 1 master tone.
Bridge: Floyd Rose Licensed.
Looking to trade for a Jackson King V (preferably a KVX10 or KVXT) as I've come to prefer the King V shape and I don’t like the JB/Jazz pickup configuration. May also consider LTD V’s if the right one comes along. Would also trade for a Rhoads of equivalent value/condition with different pickups.
Guitar has been neither gigged nor abused, she’s been a case queen since I got her and has been well looked after.
Based in Belfast. |

bumpity. anyone? will also entertain offers of super-strats but only LTD M-Series or BC Rich Assassin models.
Really can't emphasise how good quality this guitar is. It's a serious, pro-level instrument. As i say I'm just leaning more toward the King V shape these days. And I can GUARANTEE you won't find a '97 Rhoads in this condition anywhere else. Apart form the dent on the lower horn (which is approx 1mm in diameter and has not exposed the wood,) it's clean. Pics on request. |

Hey Leather Mike,
I have a Jackson KVX10 with an EMG 81 installed in the bridge, along with a padded Ritter case for sale at the minute for £280. It's the model without the licensed floyd rose, and has the bullet holes instead.
I'm not currently in the market for a trade, but if you had anything in a more standard shape (Les Paul,SG,Tele etc.) I would definitely consider it.
Give me a shout if you'd be interested.
Thanks,
James. |

Hi James, unfortuantely the Rhoads is the only guitar i have for trade at the minute as my Les Pauls are staying put! I'm in no position to buy I'm afraid which is a shame as thats the exact guitar im looking for. If you change your mind keep me posted! |
