I hate to have to do this, but I'm really at the end of my tether here with two posters from this forum. Infernal Death has promised me on numerous occasions to send the ten euros he owes me for a CD which I sent in good faith, along with two burns of previous material, at least four months ago. I eventually recieved a very apologetic PM, stating how busy he was and that he would not only reimburse me, but also throw in a CD, and it had all been posted.All promises made were obviously empty, and fuck all has been recieved. I am now getting the silent treatment in response to my most recent PMs. What a load of fucking bullshit. Do not trade with this guy, certainly do not send cash/cd first.
Also thesonglessbird,aka GODOT, after numerous pms/threads over the last 4-5 months, after I sent 10 pounds sterling in exchange for an Agalloch CD, and after being promised on about 5 different occasions that 'CD in the post tomorrow man', sweet fanny adams did I recieve. I don't like to embarrass regular posters, but if either or both of you read this, please have the good grace to either send me my CDs or paypal the money owed to [url]caomhaoin@hotmail.com[/url].
I think I have been more than patient and I don't feel its unreasonable to expect a trade/purchase to be honoured, particularly if money has been sent. Again, sorry if any embarrassment has been caused, but please return what I sent, or honour the agreement made. |

THERES BEEN A FEW COMPLAINTS ABOUT INFERNAL DEATH HERE CAOMHAIN. HES A REGULAR POSTER HERE TOO AND TO DO THINGS LIKE THIS AND POST AWAY IS ABHORRENT.
THE SONGLESS BIRD IS REGULAR POSTER TOO, FIRST TIME I SAW HIS NAME CONNECTED WITH FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR THOUGH. MAYBE A CHANCE FOR SOME REDEMPTION?? |

| I have no problem forgiving and forgetting Mark, I'm just exasperated at this stage. I have been assured by thesongless bird numerous times and he seems genuine, but he's either taking the piss out of me or he's chronically forgetful. EIther way, I'd just like my CD or money back. |

See, I chatted to one of his mates, who's also a good mate of mine, and he told me that apperantly Infernal_Deaths computer is as of this moment Fucked, hence probably explaining why he hasnt replyed to anyones PMs as of late. Hope this clears things up  |

| He can clear things up by sending the CDs and money he owes. Its not like PCs are a rarity. If he wanted to get in contact he could easily do so. Sorry mate , not a go at you, but this guy is a piss taker. If my PC were fucked I wouldn't nor would I expect anyone else to accept that as an excuse. |

Hi this is Colin.Here im a close friend and band member with Infernal_Death.
Im going to try and help this situation.His pc IS actually down.And while i do agree that the behaviour is intolerable you have to understand one thing:Were going into recording on Saturday and we have all been absolutly bollicked for money.I do agree that £/€10(whatever it is)is not much but please just be patient with the guy,because he has actually just finished college na as i say we have fuck all money.One other thing to Caomhaoin.Said CD you were promised,by anychance was it a copy of the new ep?Im not taking sides here by the way. |

It wasn't a copy of your EP. Look, I don't want to be rude, but I really am not interested in excuses. Regardless of what he is doing now in terms of recording, he owes what he owes and has fucked me about. If his PC is down, could he not use yours and explain himself? |

Agalloch was posted this morning on way to work.
Boob, sent you that GODOT cd years ago like - long sold out now. But I'll do you some cdrs of unreleased stuff etc to make up for it if getting lost if that suits? PM my GODOT account, as songlessbird is beyond repair. |
