I know a couple of lads who have organised there summer holidays around the release of Diablo 3 just so they can have uninterupted gameplay! Haha!
I'm not a huge fan of that type of game myself but it does look very well. |

Ah I was big into Diablo 2 when I was younger so I'm eating this up at the minute, Blizzard would want to pick it up a bit though, their servers are in bits trying to handle all the traffic. |

Won't be getting Diablo 3 - always-on DRM and a pay-for-weapons real money auction house scheme is a dealbreaker. Plus already they've run into server and tech issues... witness the flood of 'error 37 failed log-in attempt' memes currently flooding the net.
I will stick to my Baal runs in D2LOD thanx. Or then again, there's Grim Dawn and Torchlight 2, which will be a good alternative to D3. |

| The errors were to be expected, the beta was plagued by problems, hence why i am waiting until the weekend to install it. Once up and running, it will be sweet. |

| There'd be no point in them buying enough hardware to cope with the amount of people logging on in the first day, because in a month's time when the traffic normalizes that gear is just lying around doing nothing. The servers are grand once you get on because they're being careful about numbers, it's just that the queue is huge. Played it for a few hours last night, fun game so far. |

Not really. My i3, nVidia 520M and 8GB of RAM (Though it never uses more than 2-ish, since no games really utilize anything over 4GB anyway) is playing it fine at 1080p with most of the settings between medium and high. If you know anyone who got it, there's three free trials available in the box where you can play the majority of the first act. |
