Great fight, first 5-round heavyweight in donkeys.
Strange announcement is that both Cormier & Barnett will fight once more in SF. But there are no other HW's on the roster?

Speaking of heavyweights, the big one this weekend!

Unless JDS makes a stupid decision like Big Nog did this should be a fairly easy win for him. Even though I know its heavyweights I don't think Mir has a decent chin left at all after some of the big shots he's taken.
I'd have to go for Cain with Silva too, the same stylistically as Cormier and he made quick work of Bigfoot.
Should be a few highlight finishes anyway.

JDS's performance was great as always but Cain was downright fucking terrifying! total bloodbath. Can't wait to see those two go at it again.

Good night of fights, prelims were enjoyable too.

What an amazing card. The 5 main heavyweights fights only fought for 22 mins but boy was that filled with good shit, bombs, blood, GNP, subs, KO's.

Great to see Hardy win again and another sassangle for Paul Sass.

The bit with Brock turning up was disappointing, he's been, he's gone , let that be the end. Word is his meeting with Dana did NOT go well. (whatever that means)

Right decision as there's nowhere for him to go. Shame we never got to see him in the UFC.

Great rumour going around about about a one-off Brock v Fedor!
You will have heard that Brock wants back in the UFC and Dana had always tried to get Fedor. The only thing that makes this even remotely possible is that the PPV would be huge and the money on the table for both guys could be too tempting for Fedor to say no.

Personally I'm not interested in either of them in the UFC anymore, just a pity this fight never happened a few years ago.

Clay Guida lost a few fans with that display last night. Fair play to Gray Maynard. Plenty of fingers to be pointed at Greg Jackson again.

Have a serious case of fizzy balls for 148 on sat, as much as id love to see Chael win I have a feeling a pissed off Anderson might just completely murderize him, should be memorable whatever way it goes though.
Nothing too enticing about the undercard sadly, fuck all these injuries, to think Cruz v Faber should have been on this too.

I can't remember the last time I was so excited for a sporting event. The press conference on Tuesday was great. Chael was giving it his usual and even Anderson couldn't help but laugh at one point. The staredown was intense though. Anderson Silva is one pissed of Brazilian right now a nd I can't wait to see them come face-to-face again at the weigh-ins tomorrow.

As for the undercard, Kim vs Maia, Le vs Cote and Menjivar vs Easton should all be pretty interesting. Mendes vs McKenzie looks like a total mismatch to me, but I suppose you can never be sure.
