| Did anyone stay up for the Amir Khan fight last night? So much for all his planning ahead, strangely enough I had a feeling he would lose. I must try and get highlights, or better still the whole fight somewhere online. |

Had it recorded on the Sky box and watched it this morning. Khan clearly underestimated Peterson and was too busy trying to prove he has a strong chin than defending himself properly. The amount of fouling he was doing was daft and he came across very bitter afterwards. It was a very entertaing fight though.
Anyone see the earlier fight on Sky between Theophane and Murphy? A fairly crap fight but worth seeing for how much of a lunatic Murphy is! He just charged forward throwing hooks the whole fight. Apparently he goes and lives in the woods every now and then and beats himself with sticks to toughen up! He had a spiritual guru ringside with him too! |

Just back from the 105th Cambridge/Oxford varsity, our lads went down 6-3, couple of home town decisions went against us (it was held in Oxford), but some good quality amateur boxing on display, especially the welterweight bout, blood and guts for three rounds. Hopefully I'll have my chance next year, although there is stiff competition for my weight category!
Surprised that the recent antics of a pair of English boxers a couple of weeks back hasn't been discussed here, it was a disgrace! |

The Kahn v Peterson rematch is cancelled.
Kahn's team are also appealing for a "no-contest" for the first fight as Peterson admitted he was also on Testosterone for that that. That would mean that Kahn would get his belts back! |

| Baffling handling of this from Peterson's camp. Apparentley he asked for the drug testing then, having failed it, admitted he was on testosterone but tried to explain it away by saying he was juiced in the build up to the previous fight. |

| It's time we looked at drugs in sport again. Two of the finest performances I've seen have come from lads on testosterone. Peterson was immense in that fight, the fucker wouldn't tire. Floyd Landis was the other. I watched most of that Tour De France while sheltering from the fierce afternoon sun on holiday. One day on the mountains he was fucked, you could see he put everything into it but was just bollixed and lost the lead by a big margin. The next day he left the other cunts in the dust, hammered them up the mountains, it was an amazing performance. So he was juiced up to the bollix that day, so what? Let's have more of that, or at least televised sports where everyone is fucked up that isn't fucking wrestling. People do the most amazing things on drugs, let's embrace it |

| Apparently there were 5,000 travelling over for it, they must be seriously pissed now. Especially as it's now known that they knew he failed the teat over a month ago. |

| Mental alright, it's like they intentionally delayed it to fuck up Khan's routine. Anyone else watch Mayweather/Cotto last weekend? The undercard was OK I thought, not amazing, but nothing as bad to watch as the shite that ends up on a lot of European undercards lately. Mayweather barely seems to have tried in the fight, but fuck it can that man move when he wants to! |

Just wish his manager would get his finger out of his arse and sort the Mayweather v Pacquaio fight. It's what the division needs.
I'm looking foward to watching the Haye v Chisora fight, mainly because I can't stand David Haye and want to see him get hammered. Chisora, as much of a twat he is, at least put up a decent effort against Vitali Klitschko. The heavyweight division is shit these days. The Klitschko brothers run the show and can't get a decent fight. I thought Mormeck would've put up a decent showing but well, just didnt. In July the Wladimir Klitchko v Tony Thompson rematch should be a good a fight. Last time they went 11 rounds and it was quite tight before Klitschko sunk him.
The WBA need to set up the Wladimir Klitschko v Alex Povetkin fight to settle the WBA heavyweight title. Both currently hold it, since they made Vladi "super champion" Povetkin has been unbeaten. Let them fight!! |

I don't know what went wrong with Haye in his last fight but Chisora is going to get his block knocked off I reckon. It's ridiculous that he was allowed a shot at the title after losing his british title to Tyson Fury. If he had won then he would have been able to say hes the best in the world but not in Britain! |

For real, bud. I've found myself standing on the chair and screaming at the tv only three times in my life and that was one of them. Landis fucking crushed the other riders made them look like fucking mongos. It was as he crossed the line that I realised that the anti-drug propagandists had poisoned my mind, but now it became clear. We need to see how far these fuckers can go. Not oiled up fags in a wrestling ring acting out their homoerotic soap operas, but proper juiced up athletes competing at speed, on speed. |

Problem is,doping is dangerous, plenty of athletes have died because of doping practices. |
