oh baby, prowler has been dispatched and here tomorrow. I really can't wait to get my boke on. Knocking drinking on the head has been the best move ever....sickening to think how much I was blowing a week.
RE: Squat Q: No man, that's some sort of fucked up leg press you're developing there. |

Grab one of the grid rollers from here: http://www.physioproducts.ie/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=288
The rumble roller will demolish you and is complete overkill - it's also very expensive. Regular foam rollers (made of foam) will degrade over time and turn to shit.
Barry, where are you training these days? |

| Got 180 up for 10 tonight. Its was at the end of my back session so I was fucked already. Hadn't done deads in 18 months now. Went up easy enough but left it at that to allow for healing etc. Happy enough |

The same mini rumble is £40 and the big one £60. Not that big a difference in price. Both of those free delivery on Amazon |

They were playing Metallica and Meshuggah in the gym the other day. Then there was a mini brodude campaign to have LOG put on the sound system |

Sounds better than 98fm or whatever tripe it is they use in my gym.
Use headphones anyway, stops people bothering you and its your own music |

| Don't know why people give out about gym music. Stuff with a fast beat and a catchy melody is all you need for working out. You're only half hearing it anyway. Anything with a bit of energy in it gets you going, even if its Lady Gaga or whatever. Persecution mania or something would be great but you're not going to get that. |

My only complaint about 98fm is the presenters on it. Nothing uptempo at all about two spastics talking utter shite! As I said though, earplugs and its all grand |

| Both of the gyms I train in are silent, I've gotten to quite like that. Triceps are seriously stiff and painful today, if only I could figure out how to foam roll them haha. |

What do you think of that place? I've trained there a handful of times and despised it! |

I'll do a few so and see if that works, although it didn't seem to work on Saturday. I do 300-400 a week for boxing, along with the usual 4 rounds of bags, pads and punching with weights, but I think adding the bench back into the mix last week has made them a bit tired. |

| I can't really fault it to be honest. There's loads of equipment and the mornings are generally pretty quiet. |

hahaha, ahh right! sounds tiring. I give myself 48/72 hour between anything involving pressing (OH or otherwise). Prob just tired man if you haven't been benching for a while. Try a wider grip on the bench to help put more focus on your chest instead of triceps. Was doing super-wide grip (wider than competition grip) for a few sets and jesus it's some effort! |
