Nice. I'd love to hear the low strings clean, just to get an idea of what that thing sounds like. What's the scale length?

Its 27" scale. The stock pickups are muck, so muddy, but you can coax some decent tones out of it. Will be looking at replacing the pickups soon enough anyway.

Haha! Didnt mean for it to be in nearly every picture! That was my first "Expensive" guitar, bought almost ten years ago, I fucking love it and will most likely never sell it.

It's a beautiful guitar man, really lovely. A few years back it was a very, VERY close run thing as to whether I got a Gibson or an ESP Eclipse. Settled for the Gibson and I can't say I regret it for a second, but an EC1000 is very much on my hit-list for the future. Health to enjoy it.

I bought this years ago and, like a spa, sold it a couple of years later. Managed to pick it back up recently, Edwards V from Japan, lovely guitar

Gorgeous guitar man! Edwards are quite nice and saught after. Strange the way the body meets the neck though, very blunt looking, but adds character!

Isn't Edwards a subsidiary of ESP or something? Remembering the Alexi Laiho sig from a while back, or are they based out of the same factory or the like.

Yeah, Edwards are part of ESP, only sold in Japan. They make some interesting models, not just variants of the ESP/LTD line.

These look cool, would love to try them

Those Edwards are so class. I wish we could get them handy over here. Their Les Paul Customs are amazing looking. There was one up on adverts for a while there but searched for it today and it seems to be gone...it was a peach!!

Their Navigator line looks really really good too. Seen some people on youtube with them. Check this puppy out

they'd need to be tasty at four grand a crack! Laughing

the navigator series are pretty much the best guitar ESP make, surpassing even the Custom Shop models. Amazing axes.

You can get them second hand for under a couple of grand at most on the u-box, it's all about knowing where to shop Wink . They're no better built than a "real" ESP as such, just the ESP crew hand making mostly Gibson and Fender vintage models to a super high standard - a standard that Gibson and Fender seem largely to have forgotten.
