This is a nice well run little festival really enjoyed it this year. I flew to East Midlands but I can imagine Birmingham airport being easier if you are not with a big group to share a cab with as there are train services from Birmingham but not East Midlands. Can do it on the cheap too.
Confrirmed
Anvil
Orange Goblin
Paradise Lost
Watain
Another announcement Tuesday 20th September, think Behemoth might be confirmed. |

This year was amazing. Can't wait to go next year. I'm expecting Bolt Thrower, Megadeth, Blind Guardian or Behemoth to be announced soon.
There's an announcement today apparently. |

| This clashes with Brutal Assault and Metal Camp which could be a bad thing for them in terms of bands already being booked |

The Birmingham way is definitely handier.
Been to this festival twice now. Would totally be up for going again. |

If you've got a big group all on the same flight and are prepared to brave it in a taxi (i've heard some horror stories about getting lost and prices) It'll work out quicker and about the same price as flying into Brum and going by train, but i've always done the latter because I know the route now and it's still pretty convenient.
Good lineup thus far, but it'll depend on my mates going or not really. They seem more set on Wacken (no chance) or Hellfest (maybe) but I do like the idea of hitting this 5 years on the trot |

Last two years we've booked a taxi in advance from Birmingham airport, works out fairly cheap if there's a big enough group, including being picked up on the Monday and brought back to the airport.
Never had a problems with getting lost because you just give the driver the festival's postcode for their satnav and because it's a set price paid in advance there's no trouble with the fare |

| From the experience of those who know this festival, do you think there's any chance Black Sabbath would be added to the lineup? Or is it out of their league? |

Actually trying to find someone who gives me some hope. I'm terrorized by the fact of having to see the MIGHTY Black Sabbath playing with the likes of Prodigy, Nickelback and other godawful shit 'bands' and also trying to avoid fests with 80,000 people. |
