I tend to bring as much of my food/drink with me as I can so as to save money but it tends to be around £3.50/£4 for a pint and you're paying between £3 and £6 roughly for food depending on which stall you buy from.
Lichfield the closest town is £7 for a return shuttle bus to and there's a tesco there to grab anything you need. |

Cool, that sounds alright, not too bad...Too be honest, its the food that destroys my wallet at festivals so I'll be avoiding buying £7 chicken wraps and the likes this time |

for the past two years ive just used Taxis man, there is usually 10 of us so we get to 7 seaters and put 5 in each with our bags etc and its usually around £50 for the trip....so £10 a head....quick and simple,
Just depends how many you are going with if it works out cost effective or not, though there are always other folk getting taxis and you can always share with them!
hope that helps abit |

Cheers for the info there mate.
There's definitely two of us but I'm sure we'd get a couple more in the cab.
If not, I'd even be willing to pay the approx £25 taxi to get there if it means getting to Bloodstock quicker and handier.
Looking forward to it now, dying for Testament and Cooper. |

Heh. Actually packed Red Six, Triggerman, By Any Means & Two Tales Of Woe t-shirts.
Having been on the Bloodstock forum, the elite bullshit seems to come from a very very small yet vocal minority. |

| Why? Its not like Bloodstock is much of an 'tr00' festival so to speak (not trying to stoke the fire or anything). |
