its just the curl of the burl from last night.
They've had a few vocal lessons for the harmonies but I think they need a few more.
They aren't quite at The Eagles or Def Leppard level for aul the vocal harmonies just yet. |

Music class. Song class. Vocals ok in parts, shit in others. I don't think there's any point in seeing them live again. Anybody want my copy of Live At The Aragon lp? |

i enjoyed that to be honest. as for the album sounding like Trivium? you on the wind up Baggy? catch yourself on.
interesting factoid: long before i was a fan i booked Brent Hinds a flight when i was working in the call centre. one of my more friendlier customers |

Obviously i hate to admit to knowing what Trivium sound like, but as they supported Maiden for about 6 shows i saw i did hear some of their stuff.... Vocally thats what the New Mastodon sounds like..... Simple as that. |

I only just caught this on the repeat! I've alway's thought Mastodon have been a solid live band, this performance included. I can forgive em' for the vocals being a little off..fuck, it happens!
Love'd the show in the Spring 'n' A, even with the wanker at the front!
'Hunter' imho is a very enjoyable fun and riff filled album!! |

Only managed to watch the full show tonight having recorded it on Friday. Thought it was a pretty good performance by them - and amazing compared to their other TV performances that I've seen. But the vocals were still a little bit ropey in places.
Lovin' the new album. |
