Gonna try for this one as HP looks out for me at this stage. Tasty enough line-up so far. Looking at the location it appears to be near Altenburg. So I guess a direct flight to Berlin and cross country trains down....
Were Diocletian good live when they came to Dublin a while back? Never got into em on record but this sort of stuff live can often be a different matter... |

I've me ticket bought Squigz. Just need to get onto flights in new year. Line up is insanely deadly. I'm gonna use it as a warm up for two demented weeks in a tent in Poland at the euros  |

| I wouldn't mind hitting this, but it's the week before Maryland Death Fest so I think that will have to suffice for May. Hooded Menace, D666, Diocletian and Venenum would be killer! |

I have tickets secured now as well with 2 mates from Finland.
We´re goin to fly to berlin as well (on 16th) and then trains down to Leipzig
for a day and continue the next day (17th) to Gera where´s some good hotels
around and nice town anyways. It´s about 20 km to the fest site but I heard that this year there´s going to be a shuttle service so that is great, if so!
If this shuttle service doesen´t work for Gera(?) then I hope we can find some folks staying there as well to use shared cabs! (It´s 40 € one way). |

| I think I'm going to New York early May now, so this is looking doubtful. There's some killer bands sandwiched inbetween a lot of tosh if you ask me though. |

| I think it´s ok to have few "fillers" on the fests, this way I can just relax and drink some with friends rather than just stand in front of the stage for 8 hours straight... Anyway this fest holds many interesting names for me! Even more varied in style this year as well I´d say. |

| You're not wrong - like everyone, I tend to miss half the bands I intend on seeing at festivals due to chatting shite and wandering about the place boozing. Hellfest 2007 was loaded with bands I wanted to see and I diligently went from stage to stage on the Saturday, which was enjoyable, but Sunday I got fully boozed up which was much better (day being rounded off by Emperor was also beneficial!). |

Only a little over three months away! 
Just noticed that it's around a public holiday (fittingly Ascension Day)... makes festival attendance a whole lot easier for me. |
