| Can anyone give me details of flights on this one? I bought tickets presuming flights wouldn't be that bad, but the cheapest I can find are 300 bucks. |

There doesnt seem to be any cheap flights to this. The cheapest i can find is about e400 for the two of us, that with Wizz air, cork to Katowice. |

Ya this is what stopped me hitting this fest in years past, the flights are prohibitively expensive. Everything else is meant to be dirt cheap but the flights kill you. It being peak tourist season doesn't help either. |

| Ya, ours cost E300 each! Scandalous! But hopefully it will be worth it! |

| You could always fly Ryanair into Poznan and travel by land from there..Worked out at about €114 return for us.That's usually how we do it,cheap enough compared to flying into Czech Republic. |

It will be amazing to see Gods Tower finally, early slot though.
Does anyone know much about Czech beer? I don't like lager, so is there any ale type Czech beer? |

Not really, all commonly available beers are quite bitter pilsner pale lagers (Pilsner Urquell, Budweiser/Budvar (the Czech one, not the American one), Velkopopovicky Kozel, Staropramen, Gambrinus, etc...
There are lot of small unique breweries, however don't expect their beer to be sold at music festivals, you can only get them in shops or in some pubs.
However, about 20 km from Josefov there's a small town called Nachod with a very good brewery that sells beer called Primator and one of the types they brew is ale, so that's probably what you should look for. |

On at the same time as Moonspell though.
The preverbial trains planes and automobiles to get there but it was the cheapest option. Should be arriving for around 2 on the Thursday so going to miss Toxic Holocaust along with all the bands on Wednesday. Pissed at missing Root to be honest. Should hopefully arrive time for either General Surgery or Crowbar.
Well looking forward to it. Any idea of the weather yet? |
