Don't know if many of you heard of this festival - New festival in NL close to where Waldrock once used to be. It's quite a stretch from Amsterdam but it's DIRT CHEAP. 6,66 for a ticket.

The festival website is only in Dutch but the headliner has been confirmed - Bolt Thrower.

http://www.intothegrave.nl

(for line up of last year check http://www.festivalinfo.nl/festival/13296/Into_The_Grave/2011/ )

Line Up:

Bolt Thrower
Grave
Obscura
Dew-Scented
Hell
Corrosion Of Conformity

That's unreal. Gimmick price win.

How can they possibly make ends meet at that price?

Still., I've never been to the Netherlands, this might be the perfect opportunity.

Indeed! Some bargain! Looking into going to this and then heading onto Belgium the next day for Alcatraz Festival (Immortal, Iced Earth, Hell & Testament so far).

Hotel and ticket sorted, now to decide whether to do the 6.5 hour bucky train the day after to Alcatraz before sorting out the flights. Confused

This is turning into one serious festival with a line up like that. And i still can't believe the price myself. Too bad it's such a long trip from my hometown, otherwise i would seriously consider to go.

Aftershow party with Izegrim and The Covering in Muziekcafe The Gloppe:

Quote:
A day Into The Grave over and still thirsty? Do not worry, we have the right medicine! Your thirsty on Saturday, August 11 from 23:00 painless stilled in Muziekcafé The Gloppe, a stumble from the festival site.

None other than our friends Izegrim worry there for a super cool afterparty. With their latest album ' Code of Consequences ', released by Listenable Records, did you already Izegrim headbangend thrashend and bounce around the room ... and then the band is working in the coming months also to new work , how great is that!

But Izegrim is not only that: The Covering of the after party! These heavy, thrash and death metal cover band from below the rivers (and folks of acrostic Fuelblooded in the ranks) boemt pounds and that it is a delight. On the setlist list includes songs from Slayer (Sleejjuuurr!), Candlemass , SOD, Morbid Angel , Metal Church, Iron Maiden, Death and Metallica.

Party hard near the graveyard! !

The afterparty is free accessible for all visitors Into The Grave, by showing your wristband. The Muziekcafé Gloppe is hidden on the Poststraat 21, a small side street (Gloppe) of the pub street Large Haute. From 23.00 hours you're welcome, and soon begins also the first band. .. the first train on Sunday leaves at half past eight, so you do not have to hurry
