Think the end date has passed. Going this year again Dave? |

A few good additions would be defo much appreciated.
I'll most likely go there anyway. The 3rd time in a row.
Seeing Sodom and Gospel 3 times this year can be only a good thing.
And I'm probably the only one here who likes new Satyricon, even though I think they should've changed their name many years ago, 'cause it's not the same band at all.
Pity they can't do 7 months weather forecasts:) |

not much there to get excited about:
Deathstars (SWE)
Flotsam and Jetsam (USA)
Carach Angren (NL)
Herder (NL)
Dunderbeist (NOR)
Dust Bolt (GER). |

| While I wouldn't mind seeing Flotsam and Jetsam again i think the overall line-up is piss poor. Also I'll be seeing Sodom and Gospel beforehand so I'm unlikely to hit this unless there are major additions soon. Are you still planning on going Ally? |

With very few exceptions, they can certainly fuck off with that billing! |

| Vast improvements required in the next announcements Dave, before I book anything for definite! |

line was much better this time last year but iirc the line was pretty much complete, the main stage bands taken up by the line ups from hatefest and thrashfest, nothing been announced if they will be happening again so line up looks like it will be poor. hard to get big bands for a on off show where as last year exodus, sepultura, destruction, heathen, mortal sin, morbid angel, marduk, triptykon and katakllysm all touring the area at that time so line up kinda sorted itself out.
tours announced atm would be kreator/morbid angel(playing only first two albums)/nile and fuelled by fire which would have bee good additions but dates clash,
also into darkness tour finishes end of november but line up of Pain, Moonspell, Swallow The sun, Lake of tears and Scar of the sun is hardly inspiring some decent bands but not headlining material.
regretting buying the early bird ticket as nothing really interesting me so far except sodom who are in dublin shortly before, and my dying bride who have played here recently so not much to justify heading to this.
although i will be planning on catching kreator tour in leeuwrden the day after.
thrashfest to announced late and to include anthrax overkill testament and death angel playing early sets and another sabbat reunion. along with a hatefest line up of behemoth, vader, hate (all excellent at metalfest)and enslaved would boost the line up a bit. |

Very longwinded way of saying line-up is shit Having the Kreator/MA tour miss it is a mistake even if they've done EMM recently. I think the bill is beyond salvaging at this stage. |

| another band that falls into the category of interesting addition to festival lineup would look forward to checking out, not however an attraction to go to the event, something this line up badly needs |

| I'm considering this only for Satyricon, but apparently, they'll play just 70 minutes... |

| main headliners played 70 mins last year, so 70 mins would be the most i would expect, tbh if they are the main headliners it will be poor. |
