Lads, any of yiz use one of these? I've been offered an RG370DX with an EMG HZ in the neck and a Seymour Duncan Invader in the bridge as a trade for on eof my guitars and was wondering if they're any good. Bear in mind the only out-and-out super-strats I've ever owned were a Jackson DXMG and an LTD KH-202 (currently my weapon of choice). I loved both of those so was wondering would the RG be in the same vein? Pardon the naivete but if it aint a Les Paul or a Rhoads I'm well out of my area of (questionable) expertise!

Any advice/info greatly appreciated. Payment in pints, that sort of thing. Ta!

They're a bit cheap to be honest and cheap Ibanez guitars actually feel cheap, at least imo. But they are a good bassis for modding so if you plan to to mod anything on it it will serve you well!

The pickups currently in the guitar are pure muck by my experience - EMG HZ's are really flat sounding and seem to lack any power and the SD Invader is just mud! Really dead sounding but can be too hot at the same time - I know my description sounds strange but thats the way I hear them!

I would only get the guitar if i was seriously gonna upgrade it!
