We regret to announce that the band and Danny have decided to part ways...All on good health. Danny has been an intergral part of the band for almost 3 years and had some great times, we wish him luck with future endevours.
On a more positive note, Twisted Wrath is in the midst of writing/recording new songs for a new release.
In addition, the band is currently making plans for more gigs in the UK this summer, along with some killer gigs at home.
If you're a bassist and are interested in filling the position, please contact the band for more details!
Requirements:
- We jam in Galway but willing to try people from all over if it can work out.
- Eager to put 100% into the band.
- Must be willing to travel abroad to record or play shows.
- Previous band experience would be a bonus but not hugely essential.
- Must be prepared to invest into things such as recording, etc. (Don't worry, none of us are well off, we work on this together the best we can).
- Must be flexible enough for jams/gigs. (Once again, don't let this be a worry, we all have work/college and stuff so we try meet everyone's desires).
- We mainly play in D-Standard tuning.
- You must be over 18.
Our music tastes are fairly wide. We love everything from Testament/Megadeth/Metallica - Iron Maiden/Wasp/Judas Priest - Katatonia/Paradise Lost/Clutch and so on...We don't really want to fit into a particular genre as such. We'd prefer if you brought your own personal influences + talent into the band rather than just cloning what the previous member did.
www.facebook.com/twistedwrath - Professional recorded songs on the band profile there from 2010.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=38Qt-cLYbyI - Good quality clip of us supporting Onslaught in Dublin, this may give you an idea of how we sound today.
Thank you,
Patrick, Colin & Dave. |

Still looking!
We have confirmed another gig for July at the Burning Oak Festival with Primordial, etc. This is in addition to our London trip in August and our support slot with WOLFSBANE in Northamptonshire this October.
