bit strange that they waited two years to lift him, though admittedly my knowledge of the law in th is area is hazy.

on another note though, if Blythe had a "physical altercation" with this guy who later died, what the fuck did he hit him with?!

From what I understand, Blythe pushed him off the stage back into the crowd but nobody caught him and he landed pretty heavily on the floor. Probably whacked his head off the ground. The band might not even have known the guy died until now.

fair point actually. this'd be a tough one to call, i mean is it Blythe's fault for pushing him, the fan's fault for getting on the stage, security's fault for not preventing him getting on the stage, or just an unfortunate series of circumstances?

Especially in the light of what happened to Dimebag, i'd be surprised if a judge didnt view Blythe's actions as self defence. Mental state of affairs altogether.

I wonder how he'd get on in a Czech prison...

An American judge might.

I presume this won't go before an American judge however.

Mental buzz alright. I'm sure it will have some serious knock on effects for gig security all round.

If I could "like" this a thousand times, I would and then cry out for the ability to "like" it more.

What's with the Lamb Of God hate? Seems like a really odd choice of band for people to get all arsey about.
I fucking love them personally.

It's mainly because they're shit.

On topic... if he did cause this fella to die, I hope he does time. If not, I hope he continues to make awful music as a free man.

They're grand mostly, few good albums and a few poor ones.
It's their fans that are the problem, all that can-crushing brodude nonsense can be hard to stomach.
