Hi there,
I'm a Dublin based guitar / bass player (a lot more comfortable with the guitar but I can switch if need be) and songwritter. I already have a singer, so I would need a second guitar player, a bassist, and a drummer. I've been playing guitar for like 7 years, I consider myself good enough in rhythm but I'm not entirely comfortable with Metal solos, especially if they're fast, so whoever takes the second guitar position would need to be the main solist.
As for our music, it's Heavy Metal with a lot of influence from NWBH, a little from Thrash, and a bit of Rock and Blues as well. Main bands would be Black Sabbath, Metallica (mostly Black Album) and Iron Maiden, most of my songs being slow, heavy and melodic, with some faster passages. I have a few recordings if you want to have an idea of what it sounds like. I'd obviously want to play my own songs, and cover some classic Metal songs. If you write that's good too.
I'm looking for musicians motivated enough to play gigs and record something at some point. As I said before, the guitarist needs to be able to play fast solos because I can't, we can share the rest of the lead / rhythm parts. For the bass, I like when it's melodic and you can actually hear it, but it doesn't have to be too technical so it doesn't matter if you're not Cliff Burton (I played the bass myself on the recordings I made). For the drums I would greatly appreciate someone who can make a slow riff sound heavy as shit (see songs like Harvester of Sorrow, South of Heaven, The Punishment Due, or bands like Church of Misery, Kyuss... or even Led Zeppelin or the Who.)

| 23 yr old lead guitar player been playing 10 years plenty of experience in gigging recording touring and tv. influenses include lamb of god, trivium, guns n roses, pantera, five finger death punch, metalica ect.... also good voice for backing vocals and screaming |
