Gig dates/Gig Discussion sections here should cover gigs. There's Radiation in Voodoo I think once a month in terms of clubs, though there'll be quite a bit of nu-metal and metalcore and stuff like that, but if you don't mind that, then grand!
Far as pubs go, dunno anything specific, someone else'll have to cover that. |

| I'm sure you'll have a fine time. It's not so bad for tourists. |

Check out the Distortion Project which has regular gigs at the Limelight in the town centre, cream of local bands plus regular international bands...
As a tourist its worth getting up to the North Coast to see the Giants Causeway, absolutely nothing to do with metal I suppose, but it is pretty epic |

| Ah yeah, Distortion Project, and RockD's just come back, too, so there might be some local or not-so-local talent playing Saturday afternoon/evenings in the Limelight. |

It's hardly that bad. Rockd, Voodoo, Ragnarok during term-time, Warzone Centre, fair amount of DIY metal and punk gigs.
Have a nice time. |
